Dynamic cost effective ways to train staff

Developmental skills, be it hard or soft skills is a necessity, which is vulnerable on return. Companies realise more and more how important it is to continue training and developing staff, because this affects customer service and the attitude of individuals. Cutting and slicing funds and eliminating training altogether has proven futile, as staff lose interest and staff turnover is increased affecting the bottom line.
On-line learning and mobile digital platforms, eliminates all issues of related costs being too high, there is flexibility for the self reader and they are taught to take responsibility for themselves, enforcing motivation, whilst driving career path progression.

Why I wrote the books – The Executive Men’s book and Executive Women’s book – The Power of Visual Presentation.

I wrote these books for staff development and training, I kept asking myself after many years of practical training and seminars, how well is a company image, brand and corporate value reaching the customer?
Do people feel good about themselves and therefore increasing productivity?
I asked myself, if only a few departments are being trained due to cost, how do we reach the rest of the employees?
Is there a team environment, are people interactive and outstanding at problem solving?
Why are peole not being propelled forward into the limelight that are fantastic at their jobs and is growth for the individual being ensured?

Companies I believed needed insight and knowledge over and beyond basic work policies.

Companies need more ‘food for thought’ for staff besides what jewellery not to wear or that their shoes must be polished at all times, to turn questions into answers of better customer service outcomes , where positive outcomes are focussed and noticed and investment not lost due to insufficient training.

The books I wrote:-
Push one to new limits
Encourages ones own discipline
Offers lifestyle changes and tips for positive healthier minds and bodies
Is descriptive and gives the tools on how to achieve certain outcomes
Gives practical hands on information, from years of tried and tested methods
Easy to follow and use
Creates guaranteed results

Learning should be taken from the office to the home and back again into the workplace, all aspects of image, office etiquette, manners, telephone mannerisms, eating well, exercises to do at the desk, supporting health awareness and health programs, corporate dress and self confidence building to be greater than basic work policies and that which is simply not taught in the home and necessary for business interaction and development, to create better work environments and increase sales and better client service.

The books enable choice, for a person to develop in their own personal way, for one to work according to their own lifestyle and needs and environment, adapted to the workplace and whatever is needed in the workplace.

Manager’s need to realise that staff and individuals have their own unique needs that reflect on the brand and culture of every company and in every area of their lives, be it in the office or in a social environment or simply going to a work function, and this will reflect on the organisation.
