We all want to look good and feel great, we have to ensure we take the right steps to achieve this. Exercise may not be ‘your cup of tea’, but then again, feeling sore, sluggish and with ill health, virtually collapsing from exhaustion is also ‘not quite anyones cup of tea’.
We need to manage ourselves and staff need to be managed and trained to achieve this. Staff need to be given the tools to take responsibility for themselves, exercise programmes put into place to aid in health and well-being – staff cared for during long hours at work. Developed staff will laugh more, deal well with customers and colleagues, a means to cope on a higher level.
A fitness consultant will help staff to improve overall appearance, stabilise their spines, strengthen the back, prevent sluggishness and create a sense of improvement. Through health and well-being programmes and related information constantly drip fed through to all staff, more attention will be paid to diet and which drinks are consumed – less sugar filled products. More water will be consumed flushing toxins out the body, improving circulation, brain power through no dehydration, therefore increasing productivity levels.
