After receiving a vague introduction from our wedding photographer, Richard and myself met with Lynne. Lynne in her very friendly manner introduced herself, her skills and what she could offer us during the weeks leading up to our wedding, which is to be November 27th. Originally we had discussed weekly sessions with Lynne, these were to include both myself, Richard and my Nana, Mary. Lynne questioned our weak points and or parts on our body in which we may feel some pain or merely would like to work on, focus on toning prior to the wedding, with my nana she offered smaller movements and such exercises to enable good blood flow and to keep the body stimulated.
Unfortunately due to many interrupting factors that life offers we were only able to enjoy one session with both myself, Nana and Lynne. Session times change, proving too late for my Nana to part. I found Lynne to be very accommodating during this time, although perhaps a inconvenience she was more than happy to continue working with both myself and Richard.
Focusing on stretches and muscle movement, Lynne and I have met on several different occasions. Lynne has taught me some incredible stretches, which not only feel like a work out during the course of the session but also afterwards. After each stretch, Lynne gives me a moment to draw a diagram and a blurb on each movement, which helps me to remember each movement, and guides me so as not to forget or do any damage to myself.
I have found Lynne to be flexible and vigorous in her teaching, working in with my busy schedule, and incredibly understanding when for some reason I am unable to meet with her. To date I can honestly say for a person who severely lacks interest in exercise, I thoroughly enjoy my time with Lynne.
