Lynne Scott has helped me over the past 6 months in our personal training sessions a great deal to work on my overall health and fitness. During the first few sessions we covered nutrition and Lynne has been an on-going support with tips and advice on how to improve my overall diet. During our training sessions Lynne helps me to do the movements correctly to get the maximum benefit out of each training session. Lynne is always 100% focused on me and my wellbeing during our sessions and she is always approachable for help and advice during the week. Since I have started seeing Lynne she has also helped me through my first pregnancy. She tailors our sessions to adapt to my body and I feel very safe and supported in Lynne’s capable hands. I will strongly recommend all pregnant ladies out there to consider a consult with Lynne, as both you and your baby will benefit from good nutritious eating and exercise.
