I became bored with my regular gym class and needed some fresh motivation. Lynne’s Body Tonic Group came to my attention. Targeted at women with any level of fitness, I took the first step and went along to class. I have never participated in classes before so it was a new experience, which I really enjoyed.
Lynne inspires and motivates, makes things fun and she is committed to ensuring we do the right things well for the best results. I have had some additional personal training sessions with Lynne and these have been amazing at honing technique, building my muscle strength and changing my shape.
