Image Creations was contracted by MTN to provide Visual Presentations training to our M-Tel Service Centre Front line staff, nationally, and uniform upgrading in line with MTN’s classic and yet trendy image. Lynne’s professionalism and expert advice, created positive impressions in her interaction with our staff. Her training was not only informative but included practical demonstrations on make-up application, dress style and stress relieving exercises in the workplace. Lynne gave personal attention to all delegates and involved groups by creating a friendly atmosphere and better understanding of the importance of Visual Presentations.
