Healing and supporting the intestinal tract, by cutting back on sugar and being more conscious of what you eat:

  • Apple juice in it’s pure form and in smaller amounts is great for the gut – always consume in moderation, sugar this fruit is fairly high·      
  • Aloe Vera juice aids and has the ability to move deeply into damaged tissues to promote and repair. It is also a mild laxative, which will help to prevent constipation·      
  • Paprika has helped stomach pain sufferers substantially. Sprinkle small amounts into a soup or onto gluten-free bread, placed under the grill. Try to use the white less offensive cheeses.
  • Try to stay away from high fat or dark yellow cheeses and eat cheese in smaller amounts
