Lynne Scott’s healthy eating tip:
Make soup with kelp and sprinkle in sesame seeds, kelp is a good source of iodine and trace mineral elements, which is the manganese, copper, etc.

Eat goats cheese or white cheeses, the body can easily digest this cheese and it is a source of calcium and protein. Protein is essential to help prevent fatigue.

Generally eating less protein and more carbohydrates cause gas and aggravate fatigue symptoms. Should you not don’t eat enough of the right protein and vegetables, you will have low hydrochloric acid levels, which is necessary to break down protein foods, to nourish the body to enable good daily living.
