(Please speak to your practitioner before consuming any of the following products. Ensure that it is safe for you to do so and that your body will accept it and should you be on any form of medication).
- Increase your vitamin C it stimulates the immune system. Take 2,000mg a day and decrease to 250mg as you get better or stronger. It is water-soluble and is used up quickly by the body. Vitamin E is important for regeneration, but one high in beta-tocopherols. Vitamin E prevents free radial damage inside the cells and vitamin E helps control this damage. This damage inside the cells, if not supported will cause further fatigue.

- Eat and drink foods that aid digestion and absorption, such as apple juice (pure), nuts, seeds, vegetables and kelp. Increase your calcium at the same time and have calcium lactate (if you are not sensitive to milk).
- Increase fibre to re-establish bowel movement that is consistent, this way fatigue is prevented and the body is supported, as toxins are removed from the body with ease and the intestinal tract is eliminated of gases and toxins.
