I engaged Lynne to help me with fitness, healthy eating (nutrition) to help me reach my goal in losing body fat and gain muscle, she has taken the time and effort to write me a workout program specially suited for my needs and goals, helped me understand the importance of healthy eating and nutrition in general. I did a couple of stretching classes with her, where she showed me some vital pre and post workout stretches.
