Having tried numerous gyms in the past discovering Lynne’s group fitness session seems to be just what I needed. I am finally beginning to see the results I have worked so hard to achieve through the gyms.
Lynne’s routines don’t require you to have a lot of co-ordination, (something I seriously lack) she is aware of each individual persons needs, injuries and abilities. It is clear she takes the time to ensure each person completes the moves safely and effectively.
Lynne is a fantastic teacher and I feel sitting under her wing I will achieve the goal I’m striving for. “
